LeafHub pricing is quote-aware. The figures below are starting points so you can budget. Final fees depend on application size, number of integrations, and stakeholder availability. There is no online payment or subscription on this site — we invoice after scope is agreed.

How billing works
- Briefing call (no fee) to confirm fit.
- Written scope and fee.
- Deposit invoice to reserve dates (see Refunds).
- Balance on delivery of the agreed artefacts.
Travel outside Greater Sydney, if requested, is billed at cost plus agreed time.
