Agreement governing use of workspace-leafhub.click and LeafHub consulting engagements.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to the website at https://workspace-leafhub.click (the “Site”) operated by LeafHub Programming Advisory (“LeafHub,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site or engaging our consulting services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site or request consulting services. Requests submitted through the contact form constitute an enquiry, not an automatic contract for services. A separate written scope and fee confirmation form the consulting agreement for paid work.

2. Services described

The Site describes programming consulting related to custom web application architecture for small businesses. Descriptions are informational. Deliverables, timelines, and fees for a specific engagement are defined only in the written scope we issue to you.

3. Intellectual property

Site content — text, visual design, and downloadable materials we publish — is owned by LeafHub or its licensors. You may view and print pages for personal evaluation. You may not copy Site content for commercial republication without written permission.

Architecture notes, diagrams, and other artefacts produced under a paid engagement are licensed to you for internal business use as stated in the engagement scope. LeafHub retains ownership of preexisting methods, templates, and know-how.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt unauthorised access to systems, submit malicious content through forms, or use the Site to harass staff or impersonate others.

5. Disclaimer

The Site is provided “as is.” While we aim for accuracy, we do not warrant that all content is complete or current. Architecture advice in published articles is general information, not a substitute for an engagement tailored to your application.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law, LeafHub is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from Site use. For paid consulting, liability is limited as set out in the engagement scope and will not exceed fees paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law (including the Australian Consumer Law).

The Site may link to external resources. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia and the State of New South Wales. Courts in New South Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
